Both, because skills without education is nothing Describe the benefits of working with others Team work is the best environment to work in any filed particularly education. Since the students take several courses from different departments and at different staff, so there is a strong need, for the sake of the student, to collanorate and work in a team Describe the benefits of working alone I do not think that working alone has any benefit What was your worst working experience? The new generation of students wants marks without studying (this is my experience at Jordan University of Science & Technology) What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Time management is one of the most important key in success, because most students complain that there is no time to study though they waste alot of time. Time is one of the most important issue in life. What unique skills do you have? With over 20 years of teaching I know the best methodology of communication (giving information to the student - I love teaching), teach the students how to organize their time and advice them to use time management. Problem-solving and team coordination particularly module courses for medical students. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Satisfaction % security from different aspects and male change in the brain of the students so that they can serve their country in the best way they can What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Knowing humn body and how its function in harmoney, as a unit, in a team, communicate with each other makes me appreciate ALLAH on that bless & of one tiny bit of (his) miracles. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? sometimes it becomes routine without challange, and some staff they hate team work, students do not listen to the advice.
