Both are valuable as many instiutions would ask for formal education while others care for skills required to run business. However, skills are more valuable because they tell what you are in terms of using the language and communicating with others. Describe the benefits of working with others Teaches you collaboration and team work, it acts like eye opener,i.e, it teaches how different you are from others and whether such difference is accepted or not. Describe the benefits of working alone Teaches self dependence, instills the spirit of competition What was your worst working experience? The first semester in teaching. Students were diversed and from different social backgrounds. It wasn't facile to deal with them differently and situationally. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? FLEXIBILTYY IS PARAMOUNT. What unique skills do you have?
