Formal education or skills and why? Both formal education and skills are critical issue to any job, how just theoretical education only will be sufficient to be fit to any job? I thing to feed it back with skills will be absolutely good to get the job done. There's a well-known say; says "Whoever claims knowledge of everything proves that he knows nothing" Describe the benefits of working with others 1- The man is a social human being, he needs the others and the others need him as well. 2- Working with others will let you gain new knowledge, more experience, and feel that you are really a human being. Describe the benefits of working alone It depends on what you meant by working alone, If it means to keep working alone all the time. I don't like it at all, but some type of works needs some concentration, in this case yes, you should be alone. What was your worst working experience? 1-I have had no bad work experience, but I do have bad circumstances, for example to work with an unqualified manager who knows nothing about the business makes me afraid not to be fairly treaded.rather than that I have had no problem What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Be honest and don’t hesitate to say I don't know, but at the same time you have to be confidant of yourself, and at the end your bosses and even you opponents will respect you, and you will get a very good reputation. What unique skills do you have? 1- Keep educating myself and Learning very fast What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job that one which I can be satisfied, so I will be able to have my daughters and sons complete their studies in their universities, and to feel that I am doing something valuable to humankind. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? 1- About translation: When I make communicating between two sides don't know each other's language and solving possible conflixes my hapen because of the different backgoroudns and cultuers, this makes me feel great. 2- When helpping a studant to get happy and put his foot on the right track to start his dreams, makes me very proude. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? -None Do you think A guy like me who has this experience in his life to be neglected and to be thrown a way just because he is getting old? This is the most terrible question,It makes me not able to sleep.especially when I hear " Dear Munir you are over qualified, but sorry you are an old guy.
