Formal education or skills and why? Skills are needed to obtain to certain degrees. However practice of skills comes after diplomas issued. Not all formally educated individuals are excellent job performers. Skills are the basics to carry out a job so I think this is a more important aspect to look at when you consider to hire a new employee Describe the benefits of working with others Can improve team working skills, can learn from the team-members and share the work load in order to meet very short deadlines.
