Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

I consider both the formal education and the skills as very important. Each of them has its benefits and advantages. The best for a successful work is to have them both and combine them so that major efficiency could be achieved in different situations which would require either or both.

Describe the benefits of working with others

We people are social beings not only in our personal life but as well at our work place and in each aspect of our life. Working with others in addition, could be very inspirational and give a sense of belonging which is very important and motivating. A few minds and hearts together would complete each other and bring more fruit; they potentially offer more knowledge, skill and imagination gathered together. We are made in a way to be able to combine and employ our talents when we work together for the achievement of a common good.

Describe the benefits of working alone

Working alone can let you follow your own mode speed and specificity. People have different abilities and peculiarities which some time fit together with certain compromises. It requires more cautiousness to work with others, and change in some of your particular features. Working alone might give more freedom. You august to the circumstances alone which might speed up the work and allow you to be more flexible

What was your worst working experience?

working for the realisation of a conference when everything seemed falling apart until the last minute, extremely stressful situation. The conference went well, though the rewinding from the stress lasted for a week

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

most important lesson was to realize that you are not working for yourself. You do the work for somebody's good. Learning this makes you see the other as the real goal and not the work itself. In this way, even though sounding like a paradox, the work gets accomplished in a best way. The job is only a means, it’s not a good for itself. The work is your way to give, your knowledge and yourself, to the others. The benefit is not only in the salary but in the possibility to participate in something bigger and to add to a good which belongs to everybody. I think this is an interior need.

What unique skills do you have?

I am friendly and adaptable. I have 8 years experience of living in a multicultural environment. I have lived successfully in 3 different countries as a student and volunteer and have acquired a broader understanding of international communication and fellowship. This experience has made me flexible and adaptable and at ease to communicate. I posses tact and pleasing disposition, with a strong sense of duty and responsibility

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

To work for a cause in which i believe where i can apply my knowledge education and personal skills.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

i consider my field directly applicable to people, their daily life, what is really true about human person and in what the fullness of life lays. In the culture of death and false tolerance people thirst for the true meaning of life which they feel is there and is not circumstantially dependent. It offers a way which improves in a more profound level the life of the people working not only for their material needs but moreover for their spiritual search. It is very practical even thought the word spiritual is a foundational term

Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?

I do not find particularly uninteresting aspect in the field itself. Uninteresting aspect might appear if the work becomes too bureaucratic or shifts its main focus from the people to aspects which are secondary.

would you accept challenges of different kinds and what?

I am very internationally oriented person and enjoy working in foreign circumstances. I am willing to accept the challenge of living and working in a foreign country. I am willing and ready to accept the challenge to invest my entire self in a job that would make me feel useful and worthy. I am ready to accept the challenge of working for hours exciding the average job's schedule.

How can potential employers contact you?

my e-mail address is : bistrapi@gmail.com
