Not all of them but some of Fred's immediate children are working as employees for the Kansas Department of Corrections. They have worked there for a number of years. How is it possible that the state finds it acceptable, knowing full well what their employees do outside of work, knowing the hate and hurt the Phelps employees do to people who have never bothered them or hurt them, to work for the prison system?
