Formal education is to show that I achieved a necessary grade of education defined for a qualification, but skills are very important for a Job assignment , because skills shows that I am prepared for a task given by supervisor . Both of them fulfill each other. This is mainly because throuth study you have to be sure that the work for which you receive your degree grade is your own work. However, 'people skills' are very Précised and estimated by employers. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others is very important, because there is a very wide range of people skills. It is worth identifying which of these are most relevant to the careers that interest you. Throuth work with others you can: - build a good rapport with others - be a good team member - set up and running groups - give and receive criticism more effectively - achieve assertiveness skills - deale with difficult people - achieve negotiation skills - achieve leadership skills Describe the benefits of working alone Working independent have also some benefits There are some reasons people give for working alone: - free to make all the decisions - can be creative - can work to your own timescale - can use your own methods - no disagreements What was your worst working experience? My worst experience was putting extra time into helping a new hire adjust, only to have that person quit. I was crushed, but I said ‘Good luck,’ and learned that I can coach people but can’t expect my investment to pay off every time. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I have lessons everyday, but let Me say two lessons 1) Don’t try to be the perfect man because of everyone, everyone makes their choices and I don’t have to bear their mistakes, I have to go for my life, everyone in public is nice so don’t mistake it and try to follow that standard because it will hurt you in private life 2) What I want is not what I need, so go for what I need will get me to what I want The hardest lesson I have learned (and still learn again and again) is that you can never change people. They are the only ones who can decide to change themselves. What unique skills do you have? Everyone wants to be good at something. That something could be the skills to play basketball, it could be skills to sell, or even the skills to manage. Whatever that something is, learning any skill is a process. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream Job is the job I do the best What job would you never do? That job for which I don't have skills How can potential employers contact you?
