Formal education or skills and why? Skills, because it is living skill that can be used on a daily basis Describe the benefits of working with others It builds the skills you already have and if keen you can acquire alot and learn more from others. Describe the benefits of working alone It gives you a chance to critically analyse a situation and use your potential without conflict. What was your worst working experience? My worst experience is when I had to work with children with blindness and had not learnt how to write in braille. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? That patience pays,Its the only ones who accept change that achieve more.Co-operation and networking can lead you to faar reaching goals. What unique skills do you have?
