ON MY FIRST DAY DOING SALES,I MET A CLIENT WHO WAS MORE INFORMED THAN I WAS OF THE PRODUCT I WAS SELLING HIM, IT WAS QUITE EMBARRASSING WHEN HE ASKED QUESTIONS THAT I COULDN'T ANSWER. I LEARNT MY LESSON THEN AND I ALWAYS GO TO CUSTOMERS WELL PREPARED BEFOREHAND.
