skill is more valuable because even if you have the education and you can not put it in practices is nothing. but also one needs the formal education to have an idea of what they are expected to do in practice.

working with staff who are not cooperating. i.e staff when being audited they take it like an offence. (why are you auduting me?)

Doing the bank reconciliation and the spot check audits
