What field do you currently work in?

As an Assistant District Development Officer On contractual extended internship In Laikipia West

What fields have you worked in before?

As a an Extension field officer with the Ministry of Agriculture, And have also worked with Laikipia west CDF(Constituency Development Fund) CACC ( Cponstituency Aids Control Committee )and as a cordinator 2009 census

What qualifications do you hold?

A holder of a diploma in Agribusiness Management and Marketing from Bukura Agricultural College and leadership certificate from International leadership institute

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Formal Education because its the fundamental to acquire skills. You cant acquire education becausde you have skills but you can get the skills once you acquire formal education eg through internship

Describe the benefits of working with others

You achieve much, learn more especially from others and network. Simpoly work is made easier

Describe the benefits of working alone

Indepedence in making decisions and a sense of fullfillment once an achievement is made

What was your worst working experience?

When I could not meet the 2009 census deadline to submitt the personell lists

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

Do your best and be content with results

Good interpersonal, cordination and communication skills

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

A project director

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

You interact with almost everybody as you cordinate them

Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?

Doing the same thing
