Bachelors Education degree in Technology Education (Moi University) Post graduate diploma in project management.(kenya institute of Management)

Skills, because it makes things get done provided the end results are attained as opposed to formal education which depends on skills again.

helps achieve bigger goals which cant be achved individually. Facilitates pooling of brains thus increasing efficiency.

Time effective through reduction in consulting time promotes autonomy in decission making

Working very hard with incompatible pay
