Am an automotive student at the University of Eastern Africa Baraton,and am running my personal auto-garage.

Worked in jua kali as a mechanical technitian for one and a half month,worked in a private auto-garage for two years,working in a personal garage now.

Skills and still an undergraduate student in automotive engineering.
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
They are all important in that formal education enables you to have the knowledge on how to deal with complicated problems or challenges.Skills in the other hand enable you to do the job faster and accurate/perfect at the same time thus saving time and cost.

You get the opportunity to gain more defferent skill and experience.this happens when you see how different people tackles the same problem,then as an individual you take the fast and efficient way.

Working alone creates the room for a person to know the job all round because there is no division of the job,it then makes the person have a general knowledge/skills in the all field.
What was your worst working experience?
Working with a manager who can not give the employees a chance to explain why he/she tackled a problem in a that way.

Automotive machines like automobiles are machines that deal with human life therefore they need efficient good job when servicing them and no neglect or chances allowed.
