What fields have you worked in before? Barman, in Kampala Uganda. What qualifications do you hold? U.A.C.E. Uganda Advanced certificate holder. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills, as they judge your ability to perform. However formal education lays the basis for ability to grasp needed skills. Describe the benefits of working with others You realize there's so much to learn from others and build on oneself. Describe the benefits of working alone it's great for Development of self-independence, in that your forced to heavily rely on logic and your gut. What was your worst working experience? Having to wait way-too long, and eventually demanding for my pay after working dedicatedly. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Ability to toe between the fine line of making clients comfortable through relating with them, while at the same time not intruding. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Owning my own nightspot in the up-scale market. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Being able to Share moments with people, at their most honest-hours (while having a drink.....) What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Having to convince a client that he has had enough, while at the same time not seeming rude. What do you see yourself doing in the next 3years?
