Describe the benefits of working with others

When I work with others, I always have a room to learn something new, I also have a chance to show something new and this team work gives someone a sense of belonging. When people work together, the goal which they aim at is easily achieved. Choices made among/ within a group hold water than that I would make alone because there is room for dialogue.

When I work alone, the goals set before me will be as a result of my own assertive nature and I will always have a time to sit back, evaluate myself and weigh the weight the work holds. See how well it markets itself and me the originator.

That I can use anything and everything within my reach to create things of great value to people as a means of entertainment. I am the originator of things people like to read, like newspapers, magazines, pamphlets, billboards etc. I must create something new and far from ordinaly to create curiosity.

When I may run out of new ideas and redo something that I had already done before or someone decides to copy my style and use it in their own work.

Do you think you can be under employment in all your career?

No, i dont wish to be employed forever. May God grant that I receive a nice job, work diligently under my employer, accumulate some savings, then i find a place to get a loan. Later, start to build a new business to help humanity somewhere within my beautiful, green and peaceful country Kenya.
