'Microsoft engineer looking for a job in Mombasa' Computer Jobs

Im looking for a job in or near Mombasa, i have ten year experience in networking consulting and sales for all Microsoft applications like Microsoft server and client based systems, Exchange, Isa, VPN and remote workplace solutions. I also do hardware maintenace and repairing. I have a working license for Kenya. At this moment i work in the Netherlands for a network engineer company. The reason for working in Kenya is that my wife lives in Mombasa.

I have just started a web application development business. I personally have experience in the Microsoft products, but this venture intends to make use of Java-based frameworks. I am about to start looking for employees. I am based in Mombasa, but have plans to expand to Nairobi in the future. Can you please tell me more about your experience in web application development.
