Bsc, MSc. Biological sciences

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Skills. With skills people can work, grow and get rich. Development relies heavily on skills.

Describe the benefits of working with others

One is able to offer the best of oneself.Transfer of knowledge and skills within and among the group.

One is able to implement their goals where the intellectual input of others is not necessary.

What was your worst working experience?

Not being able to get the necessary equipment on a research mission.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

There is a lot of satisfaction in undertaking a project and succeeding especially while serving others in the process.

Enterpreneural skills besides formal research skills.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

Managing a big bussiness/ enterprise/project.

discovery part/new knowledge.

routine procedures/sops.
