I am highly motivated, energetic, creative and versatile. I am a quick learner, great communicator and I value thought leadership.
I am an expert on renewable energy, fossil-fuel energy, energy project integration, municipal waste management, chemical technology project design & management, environmental audits, operations research and carbon credits and agricultural projects design and implementation. Recently I was posted top 100 young entrepreneurs in Kenya by Enablis East Africa for setting up GREEN KENYA ORGANIZATION’S BIOTECH HOLDINGS LTD and awarded the Prestigious Enablis Entrepreneurial Network membership.
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
Skills definitely because it is what you become that is evidence of what you have undergone. Formal education is just but a means to that end. That is why I value education. I am Results oriented.

For synergy, which is synthesized energy-where 1+1 is greater than 2. Problems are shared and solved faster. views across the board enrich the topic of concern.You will succeed or fail together but nobody wants to fail. If you must go far, go with others.

When a project partner acted unethically with a vain intention of grabbing the project.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
Your network is your net worth.If we must attain skills through formal education then let us go for it, otherwise education is dynamic and is found in every encounter in our life.

Innovator, thinker,multi-tasker, analytical per excellence. I am a development consultant, chemical & process engineer with superior computing skills and a bias in biochemical engineering. I also have business plan and project proposal writing skills.

The analytical skills, computing skills, project design and writing skills, practical training on attachments, report writing and research skills; all these make one a potential multi-tasker and flexible to start a career in any other field ['very transferable'].

sometimes one has to work in isolation; this inspires concentration which is good but limits teamwork.
