What qualifications do you hold? - masters of philosophy in early childhood and primary education. - bachelor of early childhood and primary education - diploma in kiswahili education - certificate in primary teaching Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? - i consider formal education more valuable because it also goes with skills.formal education encompasses life long objectives unlike skills which don't carry other aspects like logic,values and coexistence. Describe the benefits of working with others - working with others has many benefits among them; -sharing,appreciation,responsibility,leadership,social adjustment,cooperation Describe the benefits of working alone working alone has the following benefits; -independence,decision making,reduced need for supervision,working at own pace,early completion of tasks What was your worst working experience? - working with members of the school committee who had conflict of interest during tendering when the school received ksh 500,000/- from a donor What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? - i have learned that it pays to serve the most vulnerable children.That it calls for total sacrifice to understand and advocate for children.
