Both are important Education is the basic since without it you would not qualify to do the job since you do not have the know how Education is important in the sence that one is able to remember what has been learnt in class and apply it to the assignment that has been given to him/her,skills are gained from various experiences in the course of duty and one learns how to deal with situations in their career most of which are not learnt in Class or the formal sector

Team work takes a company very far since it is not possible for one person to do everything in a company appreciating others will build the team,a code of three strings is not easily broken,the strength of each individual holds the firm together,Your are able to positively influence them as a team and you benefit from each persons strength with they contribute to the organisation

A lone ranger faces alot of challenges. Its better to work with others.Its not advisable to work alone in a firm unless its a sole proprietorship business
