Graduate ClerkWhat type of job are you looking for? I'm looking for a graduate clerical job. Having done my internship at National Bank of Kenya, I believe that the skills i acquired will enable me to be competitive in my work. What nationality are you? I'm proudly Kenyan. What languages do you speak (and at what level)? I speak English, Kiswahili and my native language, Kisii What country or area are you looking to work in and why? I'm looking forward to working in Kenya. This is the place i have been born and brought up and so working here woun't be a problem either. I believe in patriotism and so as Kenyans we should be able to work together to take Kenya forward. What countries have you worked in? I haven't worked in any other country but if given a chance i will not hesitate to go for the job. What countries do you have a visa to work in? Since am still new in the job world, i haven't gotten a visa yet but i will try to get a one. What field do you currently work in? At the moment i don't have a job What fields have you worked in before? I haven't worked before but i have done my internship at National Bank of Kenya. What qualifications do you hold? I have done a Bachelor Degree in Commerce,Finance option. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider both Formal Education and Skills. This is because, the lessons you learn from formal education will enable you to have the skills and knowledge of the career job that you are to do. Formal education helps you to be critical in your thinking and how you do your job. Through critical thinking, your skills are enhanced and one is able to be competitive. Creative skills help a bank to move forward. Describe the benefits of working with others The interpersonal relationships that you form at work are key to your career and job success. If you get along harmoniously with your coworkers, these positive interpersonal relationships will fuel your work achievement, happiness, and success.Dealing with people is both a joy and a challenge. But, dealing with people successfully is the most significant factor determining whether you have the influence to accomplish your goals and objectives.No matter your education, experience, or title, if you can't play well with others, you won't succeed. Effective relationships create success and satisfaction on the job. Describe the benefits of working alone There is an old saying "If you want something done right do it Your self". One is able to make free and creative decisions. one is able to take all the credit for the hard work done. you can use your own methods as there are no objections or disagreements. What was your worst working experience? I haven't done a permanent job but during my internship i didn't have any bad experiences. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I've learnt the advantage of good interpersonal relationship What unique skills do you have? Ilove drawing and Writing in Caligraphy What would you consider as your 'dream job'? I can define a dream job as the perfect job which i would desire to do and get paid handsomely. It can be a highly paying job that i would desire to get in order to accomplish certain things I so much desire to accomplish. What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
