I consider individual skills important because it is the basis of high productivity.It enables a person to be creative and put innovation into use in accomplishing their tasks.Little supervision is also needed since the person understand their work well and maximize the available time.

Being a team player has many benefits since a diverse work force in place.Individual experience,expertise and skills ard brought together,hence increased quality productivity.

Working alone means absence of external influences,one is able to make decisions quickly.It is highly flexible since there no one to convince.conflicts of interest is absent as may be in a group.
