Skills.Formal education emphasis on theory but skills dwells on the practical part of the work.This is the most important in any job Or in a working situation. Describe the benefits of working with others It promotes team spirit.It boosts job morale and promotes work enthusiasm.Individuals can specialise in fields which they are well talented hence Promoting a greater output. Describe the benefits of working alone One is accountable for the work assigned to him/her.It enhances consisteny and uniformity since work is being done by a single person hence good results. What was your worst working experience? Ipassed an interview with a local company but I was eliminated during the reporting day for reasons I have never known upto today!it remains a mystery. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Diclipline goes in hand with success-I will live to obey my seniors and Subordinates since its the only way to avoid conflicts in the organisation. What unique skills do you have? Am all round i.e am able to work in any department(accounting,finace,Hr etc),handworking,social,initiative,practical and creative. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Working as the overall manager in a pontential company. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Interesting computer parkages to analyse data.Interacting with clients and customers directly is enjoyable. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? It calls for accuracy to avoid losses.Auditors independence sometimes is compromised leading to frauds.
