I have been working in various field which include the following; -Clerical work -management -Data entry What qualifications do you hold? I am Agricultural Engineering Degree Holder and i have technical experience in project life cycle.Am dedicated and enthusiastic in helping the company meet her objective and goal with minimal over site. Am outstanding performer who takes pride on what i do. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Formal education is valuable but skills are more valuable because skills keep us moving and without it formal education is nothing. Describe the benefits of working with others Working in a team is great for motivation and ideas also moral in the work place growth and job satisfaction, building relationship and networking. Describe the benefits of working alone I think it depends on the type of work and your personality. If you're the type that needs to be around people being alone would be torture. They would be bored and wouldn't be able to concentrate. Some work better in a competing atmosphere. So, for the one who is able and strives on being secluded and has the type of work that doesn't require anyone else. It would be heaven, peaceful, they would be able to gather their thoughts. However they would need some source of inspiration if not from other people. What was your worst working experience? In my first job I have had trouble delegating duties to others because i feel i can do better my self but this has sometimes backfires because i end up having a lot of work and the quality of work will suffer but thank God I took a unit in time management technique and i feel this worse experience is gone What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? You should make every effort to get along with others. With this in mind, three other lessons are important: If you have nothing positive to say, say nothing. If you have a criticism to make, do so What unique skills do you have? I have leadership skills, organization skills, giving priorities but my unique skills is my ability to handle multiples projects and meet deadlines What would you consider as your 'dream job'? A job that i like the job and am able to deliver with minimal over site. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? For me, the most interesting thing is gaining experience for my position so that i can be a professional engineer in enhancing productivity ,reliability and quality standard be it in service , product or process industry through embracing team work and advocating for continuous improvement.
