Skills. Skills help equip an individual to handle any work that they've been taught on. This is unlike formal education where one gets to learn more of theory and when it comes to practical work, s/he encounters difficulties Describe the benefits of working with others One gets to learn more from the others, as they may know things you didn't know. It makes work easier and faster. Its more efficient and accuracy is approved almost 100%. It encourages togetherness and unity not only in duty but also outside duty.
