A cerifcate in management of Sexualy tansmited diseases. I am trained in home based care and management of people living with HIV/AIDS. Currently am undertaking a diploma in comunity health nursing,e-learning with armref visual school of nursing. Am due to finish in january 2010. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both because, formal education gives me fist hand information of the proffession while skill gives me the competece neede in the proffession.
