What type of job are you looking for?

I am looking for Ngo jobs for i am currently a member at one and also for any hospitality job for i am sure i am natural in being of service to people.

What nationality are you?

I am kenyan

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

i speak swahili and english which is our national language ,i also speak luo and A1 german.

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

i am flexible and open minded i can work in any country.

What countries have you worked in?

What field do you currently work in?

i am a counselor i work for the Nairoibi counselling services

What fields have you worked in before?

i ave worked as an personal assistant for the unique casting agency and also a vounter

What qualifications do you hold?

i have an O level certificate ,Hiv mangment certificate ,truma counselling certificate,and i higher diploma counselling certificate

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

I Would like to say both because to me my formal education has made it easier for me to communicate effectivley and also learn faster due to my mind,s maturity.also skills hold more water for practice makes it perfect and whatever you do it becomes a habit hence some jobs i gained knowledge of them without the eduction side of it.

Describe the benefits of working with others

when you work with other it helps you to grow individual first this is through patience and understanding because most of the times we are people from different backgrounds and ideologies also two is better than one job is done faster and creativity it twice as compared to working alone.

working alone one has no distractions and makes you and independent thinker

What was your worst working experience?

to have to many clients too alone handle made me feel incompetent.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

that everything that to be done needs planning prior,importance of division of labour,customer care and competency

What unique skills do you have?

i am competent by nature,honest am good with people am a very faster leaner and i work very well under pressure cause i know how to be calm at harsh time.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

my dream job is to work in as an consultant or anyliser in the big organisations.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

What really satisfies me i when ave helped someone to help themselves to understand and be able to deal with life challenges.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

when am underestimated for i am young according to the societies outlook for the profesion
