i've worked in a tours and travel company whereby i was dealing with booking of tickets and application of Dubai visas for clients.

a Diploma and Certificate in air ticketing and geography and also a Certificate in computerized ticketing(galileo.

both because i believe education is more valuable may it be formal or skills cause you get to learn more.
