Both;This is because with education you have an idea of what procedures to follow while doing your work, whereas in skills you dont waist a lot of time training since you already know what is expected of you.

What was your worst working experience?
I once received a fake Ksh.1000 note while working as a cashier and had to pay it with my money since it was counted as a shortage.
