1)Am holding a degree in Hospitality and Tourism at Kenyatta University. 2)Av taken a course in Floral Design though I didn't manage to complete because of financial problem. 3)Though I haven't taken a course in Interior Design Am best in interior decorations. 4)Am also artistical in terms of innovations;making new articals from waste materials.
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
Formal education because having education is having skills.One can't just learn to control flight for instance if she or he has not gone to class.at least someone who's educated is able to make decisions wisely and calmly since he or she has learn t management skills.Am not saying that those who are not educated are badly off but just implying that education has more advantages than disadvantages.

What was your worst working experience?
Dealing with difficult guests who don't want to understand and take things the way they are and having to accept reality but instead tend to force things which in turn collide with my working establishment's policy.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
Learnig to be patient with difficult guests and always to remember that the customer is always right except for some exceptions.
