When assisting a client to the best of my ability just was not enough for them.I failed to resolve their problem.

The customer is the vital key to the survival of any business,treat them well and reap excellent benefits, treat them in another way and you loose out on a lot.In this case the term customer is very relative:meaning anyone who pays to receive a service.
