Formal education or skills and why? I consider both are valuable because when you have both they will help you relate better with people at all levels. ie those with formal and those with skilled. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others helps one develop socially. It also improves your skills both work related or socially. When you work with others you enhance team work resulting in better outcome. Describe the benefits of working alone When working alone your work is undisrupted and you get credit for all that you do. What was your worst working experience? My worst work experince was when I was placed in an office alone with no body to talk to or consult with. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? That man is not an island and that you need to torrelate and be torrelated by others. What unique skills do you have? Am a team player, I give guidance to collegues, am honest, realistic and result orriented What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
