Am still acontinuing business student at Kenya College of Accountant University formerly known as cpa-center(main campus.I do business managent of which am completing august this year before i embark on attatchment for two months between september-december. What qualifications do you hold? Well, this is the first time am appliying for a job(attatchment)and am doing an academic course,Business Management.With this course i feel am well equipped with theoritical knowledge in various areas like: IT,Marketing, research,accounting,finance and social science areas of which i wish i wish to apply in marketing job-main are of interest in future when i will return to do Bcom. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? In the divergent world weleave today, skills only can not manage to expose an individual to wide ideas hence formal educaton is an important ingredient to enhance ones perspective view of things, that is to facilitate traditional to modern way of thinking or handling ideas hence i prefer, formal education. Describe the benefits of working with others Group work or team work enhances: quick solution to prolem solving,good leadership,generation of divergent ideas,quick delegation of work, power and authority and create mutual understanging due to appreciation of one anotheRS among employees Describe the benefits of working alone When an employee works alone she or he is able to gain independent,become an expert do to specialisation, save time in what ever she does because of handling the same thing over and over again and finally,saves the cost due to time management What unique skills do you have?
