Had no opportunity to work outside kenya What field do you currently work in? Am currently a university student taking a bachelors of law LLB course. What fields have you worked in before? I have worked on a voluntary basis for Kenya Red Cross Society,as well as for a Charitable organisation dealing with street children. What qualifications do you hold? Am computer literate. A KCSE certificate holder. Currently taking a degree in Law LLB Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills vis a vis Formal Education are valuable.This is because,with formal education,one is channeled to work in a specific field,but when one has various skills imparted in them,they get a whole load of exposure making them flexible in any field.Skills to be imparted,formal education is not vital,apprenticeship is a way of imparting skills.On the other hand what is learnt formally must be put into practise via skills. Describe the benefits of working with others The greatest benefit of working with others is that you get to learn alot from them.It helps one improve both intrapersonal and interpersonal relationships.Team work,broadens ones way of thinking and you are able to relate with others well. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone,makes one his/her own master.Thus making decision making faster and more efficient.It gives room for personal supervision and management of work,hence efficiency in organisation of work. What was your worst working experience? I have heard none,but am bound to get some as i proceed. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I'm at the building stages of my career and one thing i have learnt is that i have a duty to my society and nation at large. What unique skills do you have? The skill of organisation,good time management and Maximising every opportunity n resource at hand. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Heading a NGO that deals with children rights and the plight of children. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Working to help the street families and children as well as providing legal assistance to marginalised people. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Got none so far What do you want to achieve.? Achievement is getting ones dreams and target.I would want to live in a Kenya Whose econony accomodates all in homes and not streets.A Kenya without street families.
