I am looking forward to work in afghanistan to broaden my skills and experiences in the mentioned position and also interact with people from other walks of life. What countries have you worked in? I am a materials control supervisor at Kenya Railways corporation in their central workshop stores. What fields have you worked in before? I have been a data entry clerk with the Interim Independent Electoral commission,Research path associates and also a pharmaceutical technology since I also have a diploma in the same. What qualifications do you hold? I have a diploma in pharmaceutical technology and is currently doing a management course partly and have not managed to complete my degree at Kenyatta University due to various reasons.I dropped out in me second year of studies. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider both to be valuable because one acquires skills during the education process and also on the job. Describe the benefits of working with others One gets to exchange ideas and becomes better on the job.One finger I believe cannot kill a flee so it's far much better when working as a team.People tend to encourage each other and develop a bond that is beneficial to every individual hence better performance and results.It is from working together that we learn to co-operate with each other. Describe the benefits of working alone It depends on the type of work.It makes decision making easier and quicker hence saving the precious time. What was your worst working experience? My worst working experience was when I couldn't deliver to the maximum due to malaria that was developing in me but I got over it and was myself again after therapy. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I have learnt always to take chances and go that extra mile to do the job as if it is mine. What unique skills do you have? I believe that I am a good team leader and a good manager able to handle situations in the most appropriate way from the options I weigh. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job is one that I am comfortable doing and what my heart desires. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? This would be better interaction with others and everyday one gets to learn new things while on the job.It requires one to be alert and that betters one's IQ.
