working with others enables a person to sharpen his/her interpersonal skills.It also promotes team spirit where people learn to share ideas.It also encourages healthy competition.

Working alone gives a person the independence of thought,it also gives a person self discipline in time management and meeting strict deadlines.

This was when all decisions affecting my work station were hatched up somewhere different and given to me to implement.
