Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Formal education would be more valuable because it sets a wider base for skills acquisition. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others promotes understanding and helps one polish his skills. It also optimises ones productivity. My worst experience was when my workmates felt like i had ulterior motives for working beyond working hours. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
