Both are valuable because you apply and implement your educational training through practical work and experience which will finally determine the kind of skills that you acquire
Describe the benefits of working with others
In case of problems, you can be able as a teanm to know the process control mechanisms to be evoked thus a solution is reached faster than if an indiviual was working alone.. Moreover strenght is also enhanced and quiker corrective actions are initiated

Other people must not be around to work with you and you can be trusted and thus duties are commited/delegated to you as a person, thus saving other people not to be there in situations that they dont have to be. You can also come uop with other ways of problem solving if you are caught up in a situation that you have to get a solution on your own. As such when you later meet together, you have other means of solution following discussion with the others
What was your worst working experience?
When external quality assurance results for a perticular analyte in biochemistry kept on failing until the external auditors had to decide that this is a no-go situation and the project could not begin until a solution was reached. I had to come up with several ways of gettintg thr problem solved and finally it was ssolved
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
Successful work output in terms of quality and quantity depends on how one is motivated and the ability that he/she has in taking initiatives to counteract challenges, deal with difficult situation and finally work to achieve the best results. Quality is essential in everything and must always be ensured and it remains to be a journey while not a destination
What unique skills do you have?
Ability to sove problems as they arise through trying as much possible corrective actions as possible Ability to always go through my work again anad again always thinking that it is still not the best. Ablity to work as a team player, be motivated by my own spirit of work and taking personal initiatives to get the best desired results
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
When I get a job that complies with Good Clinical Practices and endervours to use the data generated for the purpose of well being of the society. Performing the molecular and immunology assays of PCR,ELISA,Western blot ,flow cytometry etc.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
Performing assays that interest me and generate results as desired
Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?
Being not able to achieve desired results after a very long experiment assay that has been performed

Having the skills and ablities that suit my work in terms of qualification professional training and other training acquired at the work place
