Formal education or skills and why? skills because formal education also is a kind of skill, skill to read or write, if a singer e.g. doesn't know to read or write but skilled well in singing i would appreciate his singing rather to condemn him for not having skill to read or write if a farmer knows well how to cultivate crops but doesn't has formal education then so what? he is skilled to grow food for humanity but formal education is also equally necessary for humankind Describe the benefits of working with others one learns from each other better from exchange of experiences, a team spirit is developed ,etc....
