To control the tuberculosis in underdeveloped countries through scientific collection, analysis and identification of affected Tuberculosis patients and to send them for timely, treatment of tuberculosis under Revised National Tuberculosis Control Program of India aided by World Health Organisation (WHO) under Directly Observed Treatment Short Course Therapy (DOTS).

Stood First in the Medical Laboratory Technicians Course in the State which resulted into immediate absorption in the Institute as Laboratory Technician.
Worked in the existing Blood Bank of the Institute in the departments namely Tapping Section, Screening Section and Cross Matching Section etc. etc.
Also Worked for a short spell in Special Haematology Section in which Carried out tests of Factor Assay, Paraxymal Nocturnal Haemoglobinuria Test, Lupus Erythrometus Test, Thalesamia Profile Test, Bone Marrow Test.
Collected 50 to 60 patients Blood Samples in OPD of the Hospital daily.

Due to vigorous efforts achieved Target Zone Status by getting success of curing minimum 85% of the patients with 70% of New Smear Positive Patient since last 1 years.
It also includes preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports of Program Management Report.
It includes supervision of Microscopy Examination of Laboratory Technicians
Got 0% Positive Discordance and overall discordance certificate.
Got Trophies and Appreciation Certificate for achieving targets laid down by Government of India and World Health Organisation.
Proud of a team Member of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation who has been Accorded Best Performance Centre of RNTCP of Gujarat.
