Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
skills, one is able to grasp and use what they have learnt in any given task since skill is about practicality. unlike formal education where one may easily pass an examination without necessarily having attained the skills required in the fiield.
Describe the benefits of working with others
"a three coded rope is stronger than one" working with others enables one the opportunity to realize one's weaknesses and this may be supplemented by the other person. working in a group is also important since the job is simplified.

one is able to give his/her all in working alone. there is no social loafing where others leave the work to only a few individuals. one is able to take full responsibility for his/her actions.
What was your worst working experience?
having to deal with people who do not give you the chance of showing your ability in a certain project.

the importance of recognising each individual as unique and able to perform different tasks.
