Secretary/Receptionist

I am writing to apply for a job as a secretary or receptionist.

With my previous work experience within the office environment my duties involved filing, photo-copying, general reception, faxing, mail and using computers, in which I have every confidence and have excellent proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft products.

I am a responsible, confident person who has the ability to work well with others, either as a team member or independently and work well under pressure. I find it challenging and rewarding to set myself goals and to be able to achieve them and am a highly motivated person with a strong desire to learn all skills and tasks involved in any position that may be offered to me.

I will happily train in any skills required. You can be assured that I will turn up on time and give 100 per cent effort. What I may lack in work experience I can more than make up for it with my positive attitude.
