Skills in Computers Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider skills to be more important than formal education, because people in the community are not interested in my education but the skills i can offer to them in order to improve their lives. When i failed to get along with a member of an organisation i was working with as a volunteer. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? That people are the greatest asset and their value should not be overlooked. What unique skills do you have? Counselling, motivation, facilitation, organising, disaster management and computer skills. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Being the coordinator of my own founded NGO, that will work with teenage mothers and unempolyed women. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The fact that am going to meet new people and places. Also the idea of helping to improve the living standards of people is the most fulfilling to me.
