Formal education or skills and why? both go hand in hand as skills are applied more effectively when ther is formal education. Describe the benefits of working with others helps in better interpersonal relationship, learn from others, share ideas and responsibilties, and understand other people as they are, also helps in understanding and coping with different personalities. the world will be a dead planrt without other people to relate with. Describe the benefits of working alone it gives room to indepedence and personalisation. reflection is best achieved when one is working alone. there is no blaming of other people in case of mistakes, and in case of complements the indivdual is complemnted alone. What was your worst working experience? when i was first employed in a hospital with no medical facilities so that w wathed helplessly as patients died who could have been saved.
