i consider skills to be more valuable because one is able to be self employed to earn a living. Skills are also valuable because they are more practicable than formal education.

First day at work when there is nothing to do and no one seems to care who you are and what you came to do, i just wished for something to do so that i did not look out of place.

I still have a lot to learn in my career because i have not worked for long, but for now is to beat deadlines before it is too late.
