Am looking for community health care job that deals with disseminatoin of health issues to the community. Preferably as a community mobilizer.

Am a kenyan by citizen.

Am fluent in the following languages: English, Kiswahil, Kikisii, luo, & Kikalenjin.
What country or area are you looking to work in and why?
Am ready to work in any country in the world, but would rather prefer working in kenya because of the climate and the diverse interaction that i have had with different communities with different cultures and backgrounds.
What countries have you worked in?
I have so far worked in my beloved country Kenya and shortly in southern Sudan.
What countries do you have a visa to work in?
So far is only Kenya and Southern sudan, but given opportunity, am ready to offer services anywhere in world.
What field do you currently work in?
Currently am working with Kenya`s Ministry of Public Health and sanitation, manning a Health facility.
What fields have you worked in before?
Since the time i started working i have worked in the following fields; 1.I have worked in a Faith based institution as the Nurse in-charge of community health facility Liaison officer. 2. worked with MERLIN as field officer in-charge of ITN distribution. 3. Worked with Adra as a field officer in southern Sudan.
What qualifications do you hold?
I hold a certificate in Nursing and presently undergoing upgrading to Diploma in Nursing.
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
Both formal education and skills, when incorporate together, they boost the work output and enhance the quality of work because skill gets shaped with the formal education.
Describe the benefits of working with others
Working with others makes a worker to learn from others and also can be able to identify areas of weakness and streanghts. By so doing work output will be improved and personal developed realised on the individual.
Describe the benefits of working alone
As the benefits of working alone are there,the individual is not exposed to many ideas and constructive correction in his dealings. The worker is final in any decision, does not learn new yhings from others, and the personal relationship with others is not cordial as he/she is ever alone.
What was your worst working experience?
Is the experienced i got in southern Sudan when i was to Mobilise the community to gather for a health message but people were not understanding the language that i was communicating to them. People simply never turned up till i haw to hire a sudanese national to persuade them to assemble.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
Is to ever be tolerant even in very adverse conditon or harsh situations.
What unique skills do you have?
Cooperating with others and making others coorperate towards a noble course. Above all am a good manager of what is entrusted unto me.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
A community mobilizer.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
1.Dissemination of health information to community. 2.Community entry through community`s own resource persons. 3.Listening to health challenges fronted by the youths and adults.
