Formal education or skills and why? i consider all of them valuable because both of them combined brings about more competent and qualified person as opposed to either of them Describe the benefits of working with others it enables one share, exchange ideas and also enables one to consult in times of difficulties Describe the benefits of working alone easy to plan and organize oneself What was your worst working experience? i was working in a pedriatic ward and a baby i felt so attached from admission died i cried and handed over my shift to some one else,i felt so bitter with my self and blamed my self for the baby's death What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? that every patient/client is unique and should be treated so What unique skills do you have? i am good in managing children though i do not have any speciality in pedriatic nursing What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
