Diploma in Nursing

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

I consider skills to be more valuable because it is what one learns, practices and perfects better unlike formal education which is based more on theoretical grounds.

Describe the benefits of working with others

1.Team building. Through working with others people learn how to relate and cooperate with other team members creating a good working rapport.

2.Achieving goals. through team work goals are met on a higher percentage than when one works as an individual.

3.Diversity of ideas. when one works with others different ideas are put together in order to facilitate in achieving goals.

Describe the benefits of working alone

1. One gets to concentrate on his/ her idea without being derailed by other peoples ideas.

What was your worst working experience?

Working in a health facility that was not fully constructed.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

To relate well with people and treat everyone with respect.

What unique skills do you have?

Ability to bring people together and make things happen e.g. organise get togethers, meetings, hikes.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

A job that i will look foward to reporting every day.

Being able to help people in their time of need and succeed.

Seeing people suffer.
