What fields have you worked in before? surgical nursing, theatre nursing, rural health and community health nursing, antenatal, intranatal and postnatal nursing, medical health nursing and maternal and child health and neonatal nursing. What qualifications do you hold? kenya registered community health nurse, also trained on certificate in intergrated management of childhood illnesses and certificate in computer studies. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? skills since it entails what can be done and physically be seen when evaluating the outcomes and be properly adjusted. Describe the benefits of working with others one is able to learn new skills and acquire new knowledge. when people work together there is a sense of togetherness and people learn to live together. work is deligated so that everyone works at his best where asigned. What was your worst working experience? a child dying in my hands after struggling to save her life on night duty.
