Business management in secretarial courses:Business English 1,11 and III,Office Practise 1 and II,Commerce 1 and 11,Typying 1,Secretarial duties 11 and I am Computer literate. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider Skills Because it will determine who iam and its also easy to get specialised in a certain job. Describe the benefits of working with others Working together will bring great motivation and ideas,also moral in the workplace,and job satisfaction.It will also build relationship and networking. Describe the benefits of working alone It's not easy to work alone but it has some benefits for example there's much privacy,easy decision making,Freedom,Work will be done to it's satisfaction and you'll be easily recognised by your Executive more easily than when working as a group. What was your worst working experience? I have never experienced any, and wish not to in my working life. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I have learnt to interact with different people from within and also outside the Country,Meet new friends and gained knowledge of handling different Businesses. What unique skills do you have? Am disciplined and optimistic and these has ever made me to be more efficient worker and would not like my employer to follow me to accomplish my work because its my duty to make sure that all the work i am asigned are completed in time. A dream Job is what you wished to be after your education and should work hard to make it come true.I wish to be an administrator in any reputable firm in future. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Job vacancies are many because various offices are opened and atleast they'll require a clerk,a secretary among others. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Most people hate these career but with me iam comfortable and enjoy and thats why i decided to take it as a course.Moreover i benefit in many areas not only in the office but also learning business tactics.
